Support, Inc. is seeking a full-time Operations role in Colorado to join an interdisciplinary team focused on residential and community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The position reports to the Associate Director of Operations and offers a Monday-Thursday schedule with limited overtime potential. The role involves coordinating health and habilitation programs, training providers, and overseeing consumer care to ensure high quality of life.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of related experience or training.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train community providers and staff on care planning and problem solving.
• Manage a caseload of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Oversee all aspects of each consumer's care for high quality of life.
• Perform monitoring and quality assurance per policies and laws.
