Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience working with SUD and/or SPMI populations.
• Associates/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be well organized, have good communication, writing and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supervises program and operation staff during shifts.
• Communicates incidents to supervisor.
• Provides feedback to counselors and treatment staff as needed.
• Ensures Resident documentation is distributed and filed appropriately.
• Maintains accurate Resident appointment calendars.
• Logs urine screenings and Breathalyzer readings where applicable.
• Responds to crises with appropriate interventions including medical or psychiatric support.
• Participates in staff trainings and meetings as assigned.
