You will oversee treatment plans with the team, ensure accurate OASAS reporting, and develop initiatives to improve client outcomes. Strong leadership and 24/7 availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a NYS LCSW or LMSW or LMHC.
• Must have working knowledge of OASAS 820 regulations.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Able to work as a team player in a drug-free environment and navigate on‑call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to staff ensuring compliance with OASAS regulations and clinical/administrative services.
• Oversee program management in assisting counselors with treatment plans and reviews.
• Ensure OASAS reporting is accurate and up to date monthly.
• Develop systems to improve consumer outcomes and risk management for the facility.
• Participate in QA/QI meetings and on-call coverage as needed.
