Argus Community, Inc. is seeking a Program Director in New York, NY to provide clinical and operational leadership for the Comprehensive Outpatient Program with OTP. The role ensures regulatory compliance, policy implementation, and coordination between staff and the VP for Outpatient Services.

• Licensed clinician with supervisory credentials and OTP knowledge.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience.
• Experience in MAT services, especially methadone.
• Proficient with EHR systems and documentation.
• Completion of the 30-hour Clinical Supervision Foundations training.
• Knowledge of OTP standards and related regs (SAMHSA/OASAS/SOTA/DEA).
• Familiarity with Central Registry processes.
• Understanding of OTP billing practices.
• Strong leadership and organization abilities.
• Compassionate approach to recovery support.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations under relevant regulations.
• Ensure staff compliance with Argus Community policies and manuals.
• Act as account administrator for regulatory bodies and suppliers.
• Ensure central registry management and patient documentation.
• Oversee terminations and discharge procedures per policy.
• Oversee program billing and revenue accuracy.
• Generate weekly productivity reports and drive improvements.
• Train MAT and care coordination staff in telemedicine.
• Monitor quality metrics and address gaps in care.
• Coordinate comprehensive care plans with behavioral and medical teams.
