Dungarvin in Minneapolis is hiring a Nursing Assistant Residential Program Coordinator (NARPC) to provide hands-on care and supervise staff within a 4:1 staffing ratio. You’ll support individuals with daily living activities, coordinate services, and promote independence while ensuring safety and quality of life.

As a full-time DAY-shift role, you’ll receive comprehensive benefits, opportunities for growth, and training to empower you to mentor teammates and guide person-centered plans.

Formación

• Must have completed an approved Nursing Assistant/CNA program within the last 10 years.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• 1 year of lead staff experience or a related two-year degree.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on care: assist with daily activities while fostering independence within a 4:1 staffing ratio.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment with clean, supportive spaces.
• Mentor and guide staff, supervise scheduling, maintain programming consistency.
• Coordinate services including finances, activities, and education/vocational programs.
