Dungarvin seeks a Nursing Services Manager to oversee Wellness Coordination and supervise nursing operations across programs. You will establish medical policies, ensure licensing compliance, and deliver individualized healthcare management to promote optimal health.

The role emphasizes leadership, clinical oversight, and collaboration with area directors, nurses, and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license and current, unrestricted practice.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Clear communication and accurate clinical documentation.
• Valid driver’s license to travel between programs.
• Successful background and compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Nursing leadership: supervise and develop nursing staff and promote high-quality care.
• Wellness coordination: oversee assessments, plans, visits, and documentation.
• Clinical oversight: monitor services and care delivery across programs.
• Clinical consultation: partner with directors, nurses, and team members on medical concerns.
• Program growth: develop healthcare systems and supports for new programs.
• Compliance & quality: ensure licensing standards and organizational requirements.
