Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Mortgage origination experience or equivalent in consultative sales preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial needs, advise on products, and manage end-to-end client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking products.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients using bank capabilities.
• Analyzes clients' financial needs and recommends suitable borrowing and banking solutions.
• Presents home lending product solutions, submits mortgage applications, and gathers supporting loan documentation.
• Maintains ongoing client communication via calls, email, and online messaging.
