Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years mortgage origination experience or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• Ability to assess client needs, build trust, deepen relationships, and/or self-source business with a consultative sales approach.
• Effective communication and professional demeanor for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to analyze financial data and advise clients on product pricing policies and guidelines.
• Strong customer service skills with end-to-end client experience and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized service and guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking offerings.
• Build and deepen client relationships leveraging bank capabilities.
• Analyze client financial needs and recommend suitable financial services.
• Present mortgage solutions, submit applications, gather documentation, and keep clients informed during the process.
• Engage clients via outreach and pipeline management with regular follow-ups.
• Respond to client requests and refer to internal partners as needed.
• Partner with leadership to coach associates on delivering exceptional client experience.
