Responsibilities

• Provides specialized and personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings at each stage of life.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
• Analyzes the client’s financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend financial services that best align with the client’s priorities.
• Presents home lending product solutions, submits mortgage applications, assists clients with gathering loan documents, and keeps clients informed throughout the process via calls, email, and messaging.
• Manages outreach and pipeline activities and follows up to meet client needs.
• Responds to client requests and makes referrals to internal partners based on client needs.
• Collaborates with leaders to provide guidance and coaching to associates on delivering an exceptional client experience.
