Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to deliver First Mortgage and HELOC solutions, engaging clients in person or by phone while balancing sales and risk. The role involves guiding applicants through the loan process, gathering documents, and coordinating with internal partners to create exceptional client experiences.

The position requires at least 2 years' mortgage origination or related consultative sales experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent in consultative sales.
• Ability to interact with clients in person and over the phone.
• Strong communication, analytical and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and lending processes, including regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized service and guidance on borrowing and banking offerings.
• Build and deepen relationships with clients through bank capabilities.
• Analyze financial needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Submit mortgage applications and guide clients through document collection.
