Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Originate residential real estate loans following lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop new business through referrals, bank leads, Realtors, builders, and professionals.
• Interview applicants, gather documents, and evaluate financials for mortgage solutions.
• Educate customers on loan products, program requirements and the application process.
• Manage a pipeline of mortgage applications with timely follow-up and service.
• Partner with processing and operations to support loan processing and conditions.
