Qualifications

• Proficiency with loan origination systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential real estate loans following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop new business through referrals, Realtors, builders, and partners.
• Interview applicants, collect documents, and evaluate financial information.
• Educate customers on loan products, requirements, and the application process.
• Manage a mortgage pipeline with timely follow-up and excellent service.
• Coordinate with processing staff to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Monitor market trends and housing activity to identify opportunities.
• Maintain professional image and build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Comply with banking regulations including BSA and information security standards.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
