Regions Financial Corporation seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential mortgage loans through a branch network. You will complete applications, evaluate requests, and maintain client contact while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes building relationships with realtors, builders, and financial planners, plus cross-selling banking products. It is a full-time, commission-based position based in Arkansas with benefits and incentive plans.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of mortgage lending experience with proven mortgage production.
• Abundant mortgage experience in developing external business via referral partners.

Responsabilidades

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to the loan processing and underwriting departments.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and determines qualification of collateral and customer credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers, communicating progress of loan and obtaining required documentation.
• Structures loan to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops marketing plans and networks with realtors, builders, and financial planners.
• Cross-sells other bank products and services.
