Job summary

Jobtailor in Bucks County, PA seeks a proactive Residential Lending Sales professional to develop new banking relationships and manage a growing book of business. You will assist borrowers with applications, analyze qualifications, and explain loan programs and pricing, while ensuring compliance with SAFE Act and fair lending standards.

You will build relationships with Realtors and internal partners, exceed activity goals, and represent the bank professionally as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ sales experience with a proven track record.
• Must be compliant with the SAFE Act and registered with NMLS.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and bank overlays.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales leads independently and with managers to attain new residential lending relationships.
• Manage a book of business for residential lending customers, including a pipeline of loans and relationships with Realtors.
• Assist borrowers with financing applications and gather complete information.
• Analyze borrower qualifications to determine prequalified loan amounts and identify programs and pricing.
• Deliver customer service by returning calls, answering questions, and educating borrowers on loan products.
• Comply with state, federal, and local laws including fair lending and nondiscrimination requirements.
