KeyBank is seeking a Home Lending Center (HLC) Loan Officer responsible for originating residential mortgage loans and advising clients on home lending options. You will build referrals, manage the loan process, and maintain high satisfaction and loan quality.

Requirements include a business-related bachelor's degree and 1+ years in mortgage sales; strong communication and knowledge of mortgage products are essential. Hybrid work is offered with an emphasis on in-office collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years Mortgage sales experience required; 1+ years Mortgage processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA guidelines, ECOA, RESPA, and local real estate laws preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and develop client relationships and loan originations through referrals and centers of influence.
• Originate and process target number of family residential real estate mortgage transactions.
• Provide clients with detailed information about mortgage options, rates and terms.
• Gather documentation at loan registration and serve as primary contact throughout the loan process.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and loan quality; use sales/originator systems efficiently.
• Develop knowledge of KeyBank products and market offerings.
• Stay informed on real estate market trends and mortgage industry developments.
