Discovery Ranch South, located in Cedar City, is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide essential clinical services to adolescent females and non-binary students. You will individually support students while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote healing and personal growth.

The ideal candidate has relevant clinical degrees and experience, emphasizing a family systems approach while working within a nurturing community that values relationships.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Licensure must be unrestricted and in good standing.
• Background in multicultural training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 6 students.
• Provide individual and family therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions.
• Document all services.

Skills

Relationship-focused

Ability to pass background checks

Experience with non-binary LGBTQIA+ youth

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work

Marriage and Family Therapy

Clinical Mental Health Counseling
