Qualifications

• Licensed credentials for LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC or LCDC.
• Ability to conduct therapy with adolescent patients.
• Experience or training in crisis response and intervention preferred.
• Substance use experience preferred.
• EMDR training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy to adolescent girls.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Assist in crisis intervention and staff trainings on best practices.
• Coordinate with family and external professionals for ongoing care.
