Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our Utah team. The position supports adolescent females at campuses in Saratoga Springs and Spanish Fork, focusing on individual, family, and group therapy within a residential setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral science field, licensure or eligibility (LCSW/LMFT/LCMHC), and at least two years of therapy experience. You will participate in treatment planning, supervision, and family weekend activities,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science field required.
• Fully licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) preferred; associate licenses accepted.
• Two years of therapy experience including individual, family and group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapeutic sessions with students.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions with students and parents.
• Lead and participate in group therapy sessions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings.
• Engage in regular clinical meetings and supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
