The Roots Adolescent Renewal Ranch is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescent females in a residential dual-diagnosis setting. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans and lead individual, group and family therapy with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates are clinically skilled, flexible, and committed to helping teens heal in alignment with Roots’ mission and values.

Formación

• Must be able to conduct therapy with adolescent patients.
• Crisis response and intervention experience preferred.
• EMDR training or certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain caseload of clients and coordinate care.
• Meet with new intake clients to explain Roots culture and rules.
• Assess and diagnose co-occurring disorders within licensure scope.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
• Document clinical notes in the electronic health record.
• Meet weekly with clients to discuss case plans and progress.
• Lead psycho-education groups as directed by the program.
• Facilitate group and family counseling sessions within licensure scope.
• Provide therapeutic support for direct care staff.
• Participate in daily/weekly team meetings and treatment plan reviews.
• Assist in discharge planning and relapse prevention.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, healing environment.
