Job summary

New Haven Residential Treatment Center is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for teen girls in a residential setting in Saratoga Springs, UT. The role emphasizes collaborative, interdisciplinary treatment planning and ongoing supervision to support client growth and family healing.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in a behavioral science field, with licensure preferred; associate licenses accepted.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science field as listed.
• Fully licensed or eligible for associate licensure in Utah.
• Committed to client growth through collaborative, team-based care.
• Minimum two years of therapy experience across individual, family and group sessions.
• Experience in a residential setting using relational/experiential modalities.
• Must pass a state background check and have CAQH/NPI readiness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with students to address needs and well-being.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions to improve communication and dynamics.
• Lead group therapy sessions to support personal growth and skills.
• Participate in weekly interdisciplinary treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team.
• Attend regular clinical meetings and supervision for professional development.
• Document and chart sessions and student progress per regulatory standards.
• Support family weekends and organize therapeutic activities, including trips.

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral science

Licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LCMHC) preferred; associate licensure (CSW/AMFT/ACMHC) accepted

Commitment to client growth through collaborative care

Two years therapy experience (individual, family, group)

Residential experience with relational/experiential modalities

Pass state background check

CAQH profile & NPI number readiness
