Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of AMFM Healthcare family, seeks compassionate Community Coordinators to support adolescents (12–17) at residential treatment facilities in Loudoun County, VA. You will help create a safe, caring environment and coordinate daily activities with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• Background checks required by policy and state/federal rules.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance eligibility.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities on schedule.
• Use intervention skills with families, clients, and staff daily.
• Follow Joint Commission policies and emergency procedures.
• Assist with medication management with clinical team.
• Maintain clean, safe residential environments.
• Document activities and client behavior in records.
