Job summary

Capstone Adaptive Learning and Therapy is currently seeking a Residential Manager.

Qualifications

The Residential Manager position requires a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent managerial, organization and communication skills with knowledge of human services industry and practices, and programming and services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Flexibility in handling a multitude of tasks, projects, and priorities on behalf of Capstone Residential Programs and as assigned by the President/CEO. Must be proficient on the latest computerized software i.e., word processing and spread sheets. Must be proficient with personal care practices. Strong professional and effective training skills are required.

Requirements:

High School Diploma and College Course Work completed with at least three (3) years of progressive operational experience working with individuals with disabilities. Must pass a state and federal background screening. Possess a current valid Florida Driver's License and have a good driving record.
