MMS Group is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician for a 123-unit residential property in Camden, NJ. You will maintain apartments, common areas, and property exteriors, responding to repairs and turnover needs with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, strong electrical/plumbing/HVAC skills, a valid driver''s license, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property management/apartment maintenance.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Fire safety certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Regular maintenance of apartment homes and common areas.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues in units and property areas.
• Install tile and laminate flooring.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours calls.
• Manage turnover of empty units, including repairs and touch-ups.
• Perform other duties as assigned in the job description.
