MMS Group is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician for a 170-unit residential property in Asbury Park, NJ. The role encompasses maintaining apartment homes, turnovers, and general upkeep across building exteriors and interiors.

The candidate will perform small repairs in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, install tile/laminate flooring, and take part in the after-hours emergency response and on-call rotation. Strong independence and customer service are valued.

Qualificações

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Regular maintenance: Maintain residential apartment homes and common areas.
• Repairs: Perform electrical, plumbing, and other repairs in apartments and common areas.
• Installation: Install tile and laminate flooring.
• Emergency Response: Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours calls.
• Unit turnover: Manage turnover of empty units, including minor repairs.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned in the job description.
