LR Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Michigan. This role involves performing general maintenance across apartments, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry, and supporting residents with service requests.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and are able to work weekends or on-call shifts. The job requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a high school diploma or GED.

• 1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Applicants must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and the ability to be on-call.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments.
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Accomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks Conducting move in/move out inspections.
• Ensuring an adequate inventory level for required parts.
• Ensuring service shop is clean and organized.
• Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s indoor common areas.
• Maintaining well-groomed grounds and building exteriors including, but not limited, to trash pickup and snow removal.
• Adhering to established policies related to fair housing.
