Job summary

LR Management is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician in Michigan to join our growing team. The successful candidate will perform general maintenance tasks, including HVAC repair, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry, to support our apartment communities.

Responsibilities include maintaining apartments before resident move-in, addressing service requests promptly, and ensuring shop cleanliness and inventory. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds.
• The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
• Repair and improve vacant and occupied apartments.
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Carry out carpentry, plumbing and painting tasks.
• Conduct move in/move out inspections and ensure inventory of parts.
