Job summary

LR Management is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician with apartment maintenance experience to join our Michigan team. You will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-site tasks while interacting with residents in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments.
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks as needed.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
• Move in/move out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and keep shop organized.
• Assist in maintenance and cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
• Adhere to fair housing policies.
