University Partners seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, complete service requests, and support unit turns in our community spaces in Orlando, FL. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks while delivering excellent customer service to residents and guests.

You will participate in safety meetings, maintain logs, and provide weekend, overtime, and after-hours on-call coverage as scheduled.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in property or general maintenance preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must provide personal tools.
• Availability to work weekends and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders promptly per 24-hour standard.
• Perform general repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry.
• Inspect grounds, common areas, and vacant units.
• Assist with unit turns and vendor coordination.
• Report maintenance, safety, inventory issues to supervisor.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with pool maintenance and safety documentation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and logs.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain licenses.
• Provide on-call coverage as scheduled.
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, team members.
• Follow company policies and supervisor instructions.
