University Partners is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our student housing communities safe, clean, and well maintained in Bloomington. The role focuses on service requests, unit turns, inspections, and grounds upkeep, with opportunities to learn across trades.

Join a responsive team reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, with weekend/on-call rotations and a $750 sign-on bonus. Valid driver’s license and HVAC knowledge preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC knowledge required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Availability for weekends, overtime, and on-call rotations.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees, and contractors.
• Complete routine service requests within 24 hours.
• Maintain the community's cleanliness and condition.
• Support unit turns, make-ready, and move-in readiness.
• Communicate issues to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call rotation when required.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logging when applicable.
