Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Trade School Certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with unit turns, inspections, and readiness for occupancy.
• Respond to maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotations as required.
• Document work in the maintenance management system and maintain safety compliance.
• Work collaboratively with property staff to support property operations.
