Job summary

AION is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Millcroft Apartments to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks across residential units and common areas. You will support safe, efficient property operations by addressing work orders, assisting with PM programs, and ensuring life-safety compliance.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in maintenance or facilities, basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs from work orders promptly.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance and building-system repairs.
• Assist with unit turns, inspections and occupancy readiness.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and participate in on-call rotations.
• Document completed work and inspection findings in the maintenance system.
