Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance technician for a beautiful housing complex in New Baltimore, MI. The role focuses on timely apartment maintenance, turning units for leasing, and delivering professional resident service while upholding company standards.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general groundskeeping. EPA refrigerant recovery certification is preferred, with after-hours on-call support and potential overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate in a team or work independently.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities with residents and vendors.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders; valid driver’s license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Timely complete service requests in occupied apartments and prepare vacants for leasing.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks and troubleshoot issues.
• Carpentry and painting duties including drywall, doors, trim, cabinets, and tile work.
• Maintain grounds, lighting, and safety; remove ice and snow as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manage inventory; report issues to management.
• Support operations, respond to after-hours emergencies, and work overtime when required.
