Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and ensure apartments and common areas meet standards. You will handle plumbing, electrical tasks, HVAC where applicable, and support preventative maintenance across the community.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, plus relevant certifications. You will work a Friday–Tuesday shift, with opportunities for overtime and performance incentives in this hourly

Formación

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances and HVAC as applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.
• Computer literacy and clear written/oral English communication.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and on-call emergencies.
• Must perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections for repairs or replacements.
• Report concerns and coordinate with team for preventative maintenance.
