Fiduciary Real Estate Development is hiring a Maintenance Technician at The Domain Apartments in Madison, Wisconsin. This full-time role focuses on addressing a diverse range of residential service requests, preparing vacant units, and providing timely repairs with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and teammates.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment.
• Prior maintenance or related field experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable vehicle, valid license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and address a wide range of residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by performing repairs to market-ready condition.
• Communicate unresolved issues to the Property Manager for resolution.
• Assist in preventative maintenance to reduce costly breakdowns.
• On-call emergency service during rotation to provide timely resident repairs.
