Job summary

2B Living Property Management in San Francisco is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the supervision of the Portfolio/Regional Manager, you will handle general residential maintenance, perform repairs, plumbing and electrical tasks, and assist with preventive work orders.

This role requires at least 2 years in residential maintenance, a valid license and vehicle, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset with on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with plumbing, troubleshooting leaks, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Team player, well-organized, and flexible.
• Must have valid license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform general residential-related work orders as assigned.
• Patch and paint common areas and interior units.
• Troubleshoot electrical outlets/circuits; plumbing fixtures and repairs.
• Carpentry tasks: baseboards, doors, cabinetry, flooring, windows/doors.
• Coordinate with vendors and tenants; support preventive maintenance.
• Assist in on-call emergencies and overtime as needed.
