Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician 3 in San Francisco to maintain property infrastructure, perform repairs, and handle on-call duties in a high-rise community. The role includes essential maintenance tasks, making-ready processes, and robust documentation.

Candidates should have plumbing and appliance repair experience and be comfortable with English; Spanish is a plus. Onsite work with an opportunity for housing discounts and incentive-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with plumbing and appliance repairs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Access materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor of re-orders.
• Document and file paperwork to record service requests accurately.
• Maintain grounds and amenities; assist in cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
