Ginkgo Residential LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Pine Valley community. You will support the Service Manager, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and help keep apartment homes and shared spaces up to company standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, HVAC and pool operation certifications preferred, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with vendors, and respond to after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or residential property management.
• HVAC certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with accountability and purpose.
• Basic computer proficiency (work orders, property management systems).
• Valid driver's license and on-call availability for rotating weekends.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance to ensure quality and safety.
• Complete service requests promptly with a focus on residents' experience.
• Prepare vacants by inspections and make-ready repairs.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances.
• Coordinate third-party vendors to ensure quality and safety.
