Job summary

Timberland Partners' Reserve at Moonlight in Gardner, KS is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 294-unit community. You’ll perform upkeep, make-readies, and preventative maintenance to ensure residents have a welcoming home.

2+ years of maintenance experience, EPA universal HVAC license required, CPO preferred, and a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with rotating on-call. Pay $24/hr plus quarterly bonuses; benefits include health, 401k, and rent discount.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience, residential preferred.
• EPA universal license for HVAC required.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and major appliances.
• Experience with turnover/ make-ready of apartments.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day maintenance needs.
• Maintain curb appeal of grounds, amenities, and common areas to welcome residents.
• Identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues to protect residents and property.
• Execute make-readies, repairs, and final checks for flawless move-ins.
• Provide on-call emergency support on a rotating schedule.
• Follow safety procedures to protect team members and residents.
