Timberland Partners' Green Mount Lakes in O'Fallon, IL is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 240-unit community. You’ll handle general upkeep, unit turns, and preventive maintenance to ensure residents have a safe, comfortable home from day one.

This role requires 2+ years in maintenance, EPA HVAC license, and a commitment to safety and quality. The schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating on-call and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience.
• EPA universal HVAC license required.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and major appliances.
• Experience with turnover “make-ready” of apartments.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
• Maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards.
• Identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues to protect residents and property.
• Execute seamless make-readies, repairs, and final checks for move-ins.
• Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Promote a culture of safety by following industry procedures.
