Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to join our property management team at Fort Riley, KS. You will perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across multiple trades to maintain homes and common areas, ensuring safety, quality and resident satisfaction.

This role requires at least 3 years in related trades, EPA Type I/II and state licenses, strong safety mindset, and the ability to work after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years in multi-family housing maintenance or trades with competency in 2-3 trades.
• EPA Type I and II licenses and trade licenses (plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, masonry, construction).
• Ability to read English and communicate effectively; after-hours emergencies may be required.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance and repairs across trades.
• Provide high-quality resident service, keeping work areas clean.
• Complete make-ready/turnover tasks on schedule.
• Work safely and follow company safety standards; document work orders and timesheets.
• Mentor level I techs and train on-site staff.
• Occasionally assist with grounds and housekeeping tasks.
