Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to operate across multiple trades on site at our multifamily properties. You will complete service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and handle make-ready turns to uphold high operational standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily settings, with intermediate skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair, plus EPA certification and CPO preferred where

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience required in multifamily or similar setting.
• Intermediate skills across trades: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Working knowledge of building systems and appliances.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and building inspections.
