Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to join our property management team. You will perform day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across our residential portfolio, including janitorial, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work, while delivering quality service to residents.

Under supervision, you’ll handle make-ready turnover, safety compliance, and documentation, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related maintenance or housing experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and be willing to work after-hours when needed.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks (janitorial, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) to maintain properties and common areas.
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Complete make-ready/turnover work in a timely manner and adhere to safety standards.
• Maintain proper documentation such as work orders and timesheets as required by policy.
