Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to join our team. This role supports day‑to‑day maintenance and repair of properties, performing tasks across four or more trades, including EPA, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building construction.

The incumbent will maintain safety, quality, and an exceptional resident experience. The position emphasizes mentoring junior techs, completing turns on schedule, and upholding company standards for cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in multi‑family or housing maintenance, construction, or trades.
• EPA Type I/II/Universal Certification required when installation/buildings have chillers.
• Certification in four or more trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, building construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents by responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete all make ready/turnover work phases and troubleshooting per the turn timeline.
• Perform tasks safely in accordance with company safety standards and alert hazards.
• Follow safety guidelines for tools and equipment; maintain operational knowledge of products.
• Train Entry and General level Maintenance Techs on the job site.
• Complete documentation such as work orders and timesheets per policy.
