Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Maintenance Technician II to support our single-family rental portfolio. You will perform intermediate-level maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on homes and related systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.

You’ll complete work orders, conduct inspections, and ensure homes are safe, functional, and move-in ready. Work includes emergency and scheduled maintenance, vendor coordination, and detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in residential settings.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems.
• Ability to complete work orders, inspections, and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on homes and related systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Complete work orders and conduct inspections to ensure homes are move-in ready.
• Coordinate with vendors for service needs and maintain detailed documentation.
