Job summary

STYL Residential is seeking a Service Technician I for the Stoneridge Apartments in Pleasanton, CA. This role supports day-to-day maintenance, including move-in/move-out repairs, grounds upkeep, and overall community enhancements to maximize resident experience.

The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years in residential maintenance, with a valid driver's license, and the ability to work across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in maintenance service for residential communities preferred.
• Valid Driver's license required based on property needs.
• General maintenance equipment used safely and correctly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the premises, office and grounds in clean, orderly condition.
• Perform make-ready duties on vacant units and ensure timely turns.
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and drywall issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Communicate maintenance issues to leadership promptly.
• Manage dumpsters and trash enclosures as directed.
• Provide on-call service when scheduled.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
