Job summary

IMT Residential is seeking an Area Service Technician to maintain apartment communities in Pleasanton and Pleasant Hill, delivering excellent customer service to residents and ensuring property upkeep.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and pools, preparing units for new residents, and maintaining grounds for strong curb appeal. Candidates should have hands-on maintenance experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Residential property maintenance experience or hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Hands-on maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in apartments, exterior, and common areas.
• Use assigned tools and follow IMT standards to ensure timely work orders.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and maintain curb appeal daily.
• Support from Service Manager or Community Manager and take on additional duties as needed.
