You will deliver excellent customer service to residents.

The role requires 1 year of janitorial or grounds experience, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, the ability to pass a background check, and 18+ years

Qualifications

• One year of janitorial and/or grounds experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways.
• Sustain cleanliness of community amenities.
• Freshen apartments as needed.
• Report repair issues as necessary.
• Assist maintenance staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
