General Services Corporation in Charleston, SC is seeking a Service / Maintenance Technician I to join our team. You will maintain community buildings, ensure clean amenities, and assist maintenance staff while delivering excellent service to residents.

Requirements include 1 year janitorial or grounds experience, a valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and the flexibility to be 18+. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Job Responsibilities
