Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking dynamic maintenance professionals to support basic residential tasks, complete unit turns, and maintain curb appeal. The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail while delivering enthusiastic service to our residents and working under the Property Manager.

You will handle daily work orders, be available for after-hours on-call, and participate in training on HVAC and HUD/LIHTC standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, hotel maintenance, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Travel to regional and corporate training as required.
• Assist with unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks and pick up supplies when needed.
