Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across apartments, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. You will install appliances, address resident requests promptly, and help keep the property looking its best while following OSHA and safety rules.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of related experience, strong HVAC knowledge, and the ability to multitask and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs in the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed and complete resident service orders timely.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and comply with safety regulations.
• Assist in after-hours emergencies as required.
